We operate through five specialized Business Units, each with its own focus and expertise:

Within our trade fair activities, we work with targeted segmentations and growth pillars. Fairs & Events Benelux, for example, combines existing activities with the introduction of new concepts and the integration of strategic acquisitions. This drive for innovation and expansion is also clearly reflected in our other Business Units.
Our Business Units are supported by strong central teams in HR, Finance, and MIT (Marketing, Intelligence & Technology). They provide the expertise and support needed to realize our ambitions day after day.

Board of Directors
The vision of Xpo Group is shaped by our experienced Board of Directors, with Philippe D’heygere as Chairman and Joris Claeys, Jozef Lievens, Roel Vandommele, Stefaan Matton, and Liesbeth Nizet as members. The Management Team is responsible for the practical execution of the strategy and business plan. CEO Saskia Soete De Boosere is supported by the heads of the Business and Supporting Units.
