Xpo Group, formerly known as Kortrijk Xpo, was founded in 1967 with the sole mission of operating the newly built event hall in the city of Kortrijk. As it proved difficult to attract external organizations willing to organize trade fairs and events, the company soon began organizing its own trade fairs. Five decades later, Kortrijk Xpo organizes events across Europe and has built a portfolio of more than 50 trade fairs covering various sectors such as architecture, food, manufacturing, and other niche industries.

Over the years, the Kortrijk site has also grown significantly and now spans more than 40,000 square meters, making it the fifth-largest venue in the Benelux. The company generates a consolidated annual revenue of approximately €55 million and employs around 150 people.

Creating strong trade fair concepts, both nationally and internationally, is our core business today. We achieve this by continuously innovating, rolling out our successful concepts internationally, and growing through acquisitions.
